I started my business because I knew I wanted to use my skill set of organization (like The Home Edit for your business but virtual!), years of administrative assistance, and love for all things wedding to help others pursue their goals!
I left my corporate job to stay home with my babies. At the time, I had no idea what I was doing, but I knew I wanted to do something of my own that would give me creative freedom and also someone to talk to other than twin boys (not that hearing them say "Mama" all day isn't the best thing ever!)
It’s been over a year since I started The Winter Co. I’ve been fortunate to work with incredible clients who have seen their businesses grow, streamlined their processes, and have been able to leave some margin in their lives since working with me.
By being willing to bring in some assistance, you will allow yourself to take a step back from your business to evaluate places for improvement, celebrate what you’re doing best, and plan for future growth!
