It feels like the work is never ending, and you can never get ahead. You’re wondering if you’re doing all that you can for your clients while also trying to figure out how you can do more for them. You’re so focused on capturing the most important day for your couple that you forget about what YOU need to sustain and GROW or scale your business.  The thing that makes your business unique is you. If you’re burnt out and lacking the energy or motivation your business needs, it’s time to make subtle changes in how you approach your business.

I see you struggling trying to stay on top of everything.

Hey wedding creative

here's where I come in.

Falling in love with your business is a journey, not a destination.

It takes time, effort, and patience, but with the right mindset and approach, it is possible to reignite your passion and excitement for your business.

If those daily tasks are causing you to avoid spending time IN your business, it’s time to hand them over so you can free yourself to grow your business instead of merely maintaining it.

I help you elevate your clients' experiences and streamline your processes so you can fall in love with your business again.

I take care of the behind the scenes so YOU can work on what makes youR business unique.

The blogging, the contracts, the proposals, the endless lists, or even raising your rates to make it worth all the extra effort you’re having to put into your business. But you’re still stuck in the cycle of trying to do everything on your own. What you need is someone to work their magic to make your business goals a reality!

Here’s why investing in a
can help grow you business:

experience energy and freedom

Not only will you be able to rest easy by having someone help you with your business and treating it as if it were their own, but you'll also have more energy for the things you enjoy doing and more time for the people you love!

Don’t turn down weddings because of burn out or because you can’t keep up with your increasing workload. You are able to focus on what lights you up by taking on work that fits your schedule and current season of life!

You’ll want your clients telling all their friends and family about you. By creating a bespoke client experience, your clients will want to recommend you based on how you made their big day so much more special!

"Danielle has been an incredible asset to my team. Before I hired Danielle my days were all running together and I didn't have time to breathe. If you are looking for an excellent VA that will be an asset to your company and is a pleasure to work with, Danielle is your girl (though I'm not sure I want to share her.)"

"Danielle is absolutely amazing! She has helped my business so much and has taken a load off of my shoulders as a business owner. She’s a wonderful writer! She understands what my clients want and need! Having her on our team had been a game changer!"

if you hire really well, you can move the needle forward in business and get the ROI for making the right hire. danielle has my back and helps me get the tedious jobs done. I appreciate her follow through on truly helping me with the right things.

kind words

I started my business because I knew I wanted to use my skill set of organization (like The Home Edit for your business but virtual!), years of administrative assistance, and love for all things wedding to help others pursue their goals!

I left my corporate job to stay home with my babies. At the time, I had no idea what I was doing, but I knew I wanted to do something of my own that would give me creative freedom and also someone to talk to other than twin boys (not that hearing them say "Mama" all day isn't the best thing ever!)

Helping you grow your business without burnout lights me up

It’s been over a year since I started The Winter Co. I’ve been fortunate to work with incredible clients who have seen their businesses grow, streamlined their processes, and have been able to leave some margin in their lives since working with me.

By being willing to bring in some assistance, you will allow yourself to take a step back from your business to evaluate places for improvement, celebrate what you’re doing best, and plan for future growth!

Favorite Wedding PHOTOS - THE First look BETWEEN the Bride and her Dad

Favorite Wedding Tradition - Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue

My wedding colors were mint green and blush pink with a ridiculous amount of mason jars, burlap, and lace for decor like a true 2014 bride. LOL!

I have been married for nine years after meeting my husband in college. (I told him no when he asked me out the first time. Haha.)

A moment I’ll never forget from my wedding:
my Dad had huge tears rolling down his cheeks as he walked me down the aisle, we surprised him with a slideshow to the song “I Loved Her First” playing, and he started sobbing.

I had 7 bridesmaids, 7 groomsmen, 4 flower girls, 1 ring bearer, and 1 Bible bearer in my bridal party.

We honeymooned in Cabo and will be going to Europe for two weeks in 2024 to celebrate our ten-year anniversary!

I walked down the aisle to “Danielle’s Wings” from the movie Ever After (one of my childhood favorites!)
